Buyers have the option to receive offers via email, in which case the seller will only use the necessary information, such as the email address.

Dispute Resolution:

Every effort should be made to resolve disputes in the simplest manner possible. If that is not possible, the matter may be submitted to the Consumer Disputes Committee hosted by the Icelandic Consumer Agency. As a last resort, the matter can be brought before the courts. This must be done under Icelandic jurisdiction and in the legal district of the seller.

Arctic Yoga Retreat. manages bookings for various yoga related program in Iceland focuinng on the hybrid of the agent Yoga from Asia blended with ore recent trends blended with cold among other traditional Yoga sessions.
When booking a program you must pay the full amount and if the program does not reach the minimum required for each program Arctic Yoga can cancel the program and will reimburse 95% og the total amount for administrative costs, Arctic Yoga has the right to cancel if the minimum amount of participants are not reached tow week (14 days) prior to start and will contact all who have order a spot.
